Thinner Peace


So my sugar is REALLY high today. Thanks to the mango and the sweet potato I had.

My protein is REALLY low today. Not good, I have a session with my personal trainer tomorrow. I was going to eat a protein rich tofurky brat, but a.) it had had mold on it, and even though I cut that part off and washed it, I wasn’t so sure it was a good idea, and b.) I’m full and don’t feel like eating anymore.

I managed to keep my sodium and fat in check, which are usually two of my concerning areas.

My cholesterol is only over because of the one egg I ate today. Usually, I just eat egg whites, but I’m out, and I don’t like throwing away the yolk when I make real eggs.

The strangest thing about today is that I am WAY UNDER on my calories. I’m almost never under on intake. I love ending with a low net, but that’s when I exercise off what I’ve eaten. Not when I haven’t even eaten 1200 calories. I don’t like eating less than 1200, it isn’t healthy, but I’m really not hungry right now and I’m about to go to bed, so it would be unwise for me to force myself to eat.

Strange eating day I’d say. Most of my days are never like this.
