Yields of the fridge foraging adventure.
So… I had leftover sweet potato from Sunday night’s meal. As well as leftover asparagus also from that meal. I reheated those and ate them as is. Tonight is fridge clean out night.
Which means I’m eating leftovers, and might make something new out of things that are already open and half used in the fridge. Like the artichoke hearts, my spinach, tomato, basil… the list goes on. Perhaps a salad is a good idea. But I shall not construct something new that will cause there to be more leftovers in my hella crowded fridge.

For the record, I even went to Starbucks today!
I had vouchers for free drinks and a free petite treat. So I got a venti, iced, SKINNY caramel macchiato. Usually I get my drinks with soy, but at Sbux they use vanilla soy which has a ton of sugar and calories, I was okay with them using skim today, it gained me 13 grams of protein! Today was a Damn Good Day.
Consumed: 1130 calories. Burned: 915 calories. Net: 215 calories. Damn near perfect, and I could still eat a bit if I wanted to. I’m a tad hungry, but it’s really too late to be eating. Tomorrow is weigh-in Wednesday, and I must wake up hungry! (For the record I even went to Starbucks today!)
